(EDITOR'S NOTE: I have not excluded all Trumpeteers as you can attest. I just exiled the Neo-Nazis and Klansmen. But what are Trump supporters going to say, Kevin, that I haven't read a thousand times on FB and a million times on Fox? I refuse to give an evil man any positive coverage. In a matter of several days more than 200,000 Americans will be lost as a result of his dead brain and cold heart. During the eight years under Obama/Biden we had steady economic growth, peace on the home front and no drama from the White House. Trump is a bad human being. If you want to believe otherwise, I'm not going to deny you your preference although I don't think you have the right to vote twice in North Carolina unless I have the right to vote thrice. As I have said ad nauseum: Trump is a disgrace to the human race. He sows seeds of hate and we're reaping nothing but the chaff. Without the distraction of Trump toadies, my contributors concentrate more on local politics. It's refreshing not having to read the poppycock in homage to a cult pervert.)

But in communities, nations and the world there are occurrences that will serve as a reference point in the lives of individuals. There is the before and after of the earthquake.
